Lowell’s 2024 Franco-American Week Festival
begins Sunday, June 23!

Sunday, June 23 at 12 Noon Mass in French honoring St.
Jean Batiste at Immaculate Concep on Church followed by refreshments and naming of the Greater Lowell Franco-American of the Year.

Monday, June 24 at 10 AM Flag Raising at Lowell City Hall AND at 6:30 PM Vesper Service honoring St. Jean Baptiste at the Lourdes Grotto, Pawtucket St.

Wednesday, June 26 from 6:30 to 8 PM Charles Gargiulo reading from his popular memoir, Paul Marion, from his own memoir and Ann Fox Chandonnet’s poetry in the Dracut Public Library, 28 Arlington St., Dracut.

Thursday,  June 27 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM Family Bingo in French and English at St. Rita’s Church Hall on 158 Mammoth Rd. Bingo cards $2 each or 3 for $5.

Saturday, June 29 from 6 to 10 PM French Quadrilles and Contra Dances at the East End Social Club on West Sixth St. Lowell, MA FREE ADMISSION. Live music. Free snacks and water! Cash bar!

Sunday,  June 30 from 2 to 4 PM Lowell Poutine Picnic at St. Rita’s Parking Lot and Lawn, 158 Mammoth Rd., Lowell. Games and Music! Food: including poutine, available for purchase from Wicked Tasty Food Truck of Nashua. Chairs and tables provided from the church hall, but bring your own, if you prefer.
